Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Proof of delivery provided by the carrier, including tracking confirmation, GPS scans, or photographic evidence, constitutes fulfillment of our delivery obligation.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Address changes may be requested before a shipping label is created. Once a label is generated, changes may not be possible.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
