Where is your farm located?
We are a family-owned farm located in High Prairie, Alberta, Canada.
How is your flour milled?
Our flour is stone milled in small batches, preserving the bran, germ, and endosperm of the whole wheat berry.
How often do you mill?
We currently mill every other week to ensure you receive the most fresh flour.
What are the benefits of using freshly milled flour?
Freshly milled Red Fife flour delivers superior flavour, improved digestion, higher natural vitamin and mineral content, and wholesome fibre, all without bleaching, additives, preservatives, or artificial enrichment. Our flour is never artificially rebuilt, enriched, or filled with synthetic vitamins or fillers, allowing the grain's natural nutrition and flavour to shine through exactly as nature intended.
How long does the flour last and how should I store it?
Freshly milled flour is best used immediately to retain its optimal nutrition. Storing it in the refrigerator or freezer will extend its shelf life for up to 6 months.
Is your flour organic and does it contain glyphosate?
While our flour is not certified organic, we use organic seed and grow our grain in soil that is free from glyphosate and synthetic chemicals. Our farming practices are simple and natural, just grain, soil, water, and nature working together.

How are orders processed?
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another notification once it ships. Pick up orders are available in High Prairie and Calgary, with pick up details provided at order confirmation. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept e-transfer for online purchases, and debit or Visa for in-person purchases. Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you an invoice. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.
